It’s no secret that I love a good keto casserole recipe, especially casseroles that are ready in 30 minutes or less like this one. You’ll need to do a little prep work in the form of making my Keto Chili recipe, but you can save the leftovers for later in the week (and, ideally, whip up some Keto Chili Cheese Fries too!).

Hot dogs are a part of America’s pastime at ballparks and major sporting events. Similar to popular low carb foods like keto pizza, keto French fries and keto mac and cheese, this version of eating hot dogs keeps that pastime alive and well!

Why You’ll Love This Keto Chili Dog Casserole

  • It’s a keto dinner recipe the whole family will love!
  • If you’ve prepped the keto chili ahead of time, it’s ready in less than 30 minutes. That might be quicker than getting some Keto Fast Food!
  • It’s so good, it feels like you’re cheating!

Slice beef dogs in half lengthwise and place them in a single layer in the casserole dish (I used a 7″ x 11″ dish), cutting them as necessary to fit. (Photo 1)

Combine chili and Swerve Confectioners, then evenly layer the mixture on top of the beef dogs. (Photo 2)

TIP: While the Swerve Confectioners isn’t necessary, I find that it adds a better flavor to the casserole.

Sprinkle cheese evenly on top. (Photo 3)

Sprinkle red onion evenly on top. (Photo 4)

Bake for 20 minutes. (Photo 5)

This makes eight incredibly good servings!
