- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Heavy whipping cream

- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper

Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
- 9 oz fresh broccoli florets
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Place broccoli in a large bowl with 1-inch water. Microwave on HIGH for 14 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Drain water from broccoli; set aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard until melted and thoroughly combined. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in chopped, cooked chicken breast and drained broccoli.
- Transfer mixture to an 8- x 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

I don’t understand why your picture of the baking dish shows the eggs unbroken when obviously they should be combined with the cream BEFORE adding the other ingredients… I think that would be confusing for some folks.
