I love this Keto jalapeno popper chicken casserole! The spice of the jalapeno peppers combined with cheese, chicken and bacon make this dish outstanding. The recipe was simple and I certainly will be be making this again.
To make this even easier ( and only 4 ingredients) I buy the Publix Jalapeño Popper Dip , and the Publix already cooked sliced chicken breast and I put the sliced pre cooked chicken breast in the bottom of my casserole dish then put the entire thing of the Publix jalapeño popper dip on top and spread it out then I put an entire package of bacon ( that I cooked In the oven @425 for 10-12 minutes perfectly cooked ) that I cut into chunks on top then top with shredded cheese typically mild cheddar and mozzarella and top with more chunks of bacon , cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes 😋 and it’s absolutely amazing!!! Plus the entire prep time is like 3 minutes lol 😆 and seriously everyone I’ve ever made it for begs me for the recipe and it will literally be the best thing you’ve ever tasted
