Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioners or other keto-friendly sweetener to taste
