Ingredients

  • 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 4 tbsp Keto Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 cup sugar-free salsa
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or taco blend, divided
  • 6 cheese taco shells

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Over medium heat, sauté ground beef and garlic until beef is cooked through and vegetables begin to soften.
  • Remove from heat and drain any excess fat (some is okay). Add taco seasoning and stir to incorporate thoroughly. Spoon mixture into a serving dish.
  • Place salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese each in small serving bowls.
  • Take low carb tortilla fill it by layering in lettuce, taco meat, tomato salsa, sour cream, then cheese. Serve tacos!
