Having preplanned keto meals will help to make your keto diet much more successful. Planning ahead what keto dinner you will have and a couple of keto side dishes will make success much more likely. Having a few keto snacks and some keto desserts planned out will also make this process easier. Eating keto can be a very exciting experience when you plan ahead and have the right recipes that will completely replace some of the old heavy carb foods you used to love.

The Keto Meal
Here is my original post from Instagram. Keep scrolling (past the Instagram post) for all the details about this keto meal idea! This meal is a variation my keto trail mix recipe and one of our fantastic keto coffee recipes.
Keto Foods Included
Note: For standalone foods, I included the particular brand I used and a link to where to purchase it if it’s available online. For recipes, I’ve included a link to the recipe.
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces (brand: Trader Joe’s)
- 1 tbsp 100% cacao chocolate chips (brand: PASCHA — buy it here)
- 8 oz coffee
