How to Make Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip {Quick Overview}

Preheat oven. To a large bowl, add all ingredients except for the chicken, blue cheese, and scallions. Mix using a hand mixer on low, or stir by hand thoroughly to combine. (Photo 1)
Gently fold shredded chicken into the mixture. (Photo 2)
Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and spread dip mixture into the dish. (Photo 3)
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot throughout.

- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese
- 2 green onions chopped, for garnish
- 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese for garnish

- To a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Mix using a hand mixer on low, or stir by hand thoroughly to combine.
