Preheat grill and combine all ingredients in a bowl. (Photo 1)
Form into four patties. Using the back of a spoon, place an indent in the middle of each patty to keep the patty from “puffing up” during grilling. (Photo 2)
Place the patties directly over the flame on a pre-heated grill. (Photo 3)
Grill on each side for 4-6 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches a safe 160 F as measured by a meat thermometer. (Photo 4)

- 1 1/2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
