This recipe comes with a guarantee: if you don’t LOVE roasted radishes after you try this recipe, you have permission to tell me I’m a bad blogger. 😉 Seriously though, if the idea of radishes makes you shrug your shoulders and say “meh,” you may very well change your mind after trying these Keto Loaded Roasted Radishes!
Roasted radishes in general (without the bacon ranch) remind me a lot of potatoes — definitely more so than roasted cauliflower, even though cauliflower is often presented as a potato substitute. Although nothing can replicate the exact flavor of potatoes, roasted radishes definitely have the mouthfeel of potatoes, and when paired with the right seasonings and/or toppings, can definitely remind you of your old potato-eating days.

I do not like radishes at all, and wanted to use the radishes from my CSA. I’ve tried roasting them, which isn’t bad, but can leave too much radish flavor and texture. This recipe was amazing, except I sliced the radishes for less radish flavor. I sautéed the sliced radishes on the stove. I didn’t need to bake them, just the heat from the stove melted the cheese and gave some crispy edges. I used bacon grease to fry them instead of butter/olive oil. Then I put a bit of sour cream. So flippin good!
Hi Theresa, I am so glad you liked the recipe! 🙂 GREAT idea to slice the radishes instead – I’m definitely going to give that a try ASAP. Thank you for commenting!
Omg so good
Thanks so much, Demetria! 🙂
Excellent recipe. I was really worried this would be weird but it was great. Don’t skip the ranch; it adds such yummy flavour.
Thanks, Melisa, I’m so glad you enjoyed it! 🙂
I made this Keto Roasted Radishes recipe last Summer when I had a lot of radishes from my garden. Because it is such a colorful dish as well as very tasty, I decided to add it to my Thanksgiving meal. Assembling and baking the roasted radishes recipe is quick so it will not add to the holiday cooking madness. I will mix up the Keto ranch dressing the day before and refrigerate it.
I have made your recipe for Keto roasted radishes many times. It is a simple recipe to make and tastes great. Because it is such a colorful dish, I am adding it to my Christmas day menu along with the cauliflower mashed potatoes. I always prepare your Keto ranch dressing the day before I make the roasted radishes because it just goes so well with the roasted radish dish.
Keto Roasted Radishes are so good and so easy to make. I serve them several times a month and everyone in my family enjoys them even though I am the only one on Keto. If you struggle to get kids to eat vegetables, try these roasted radishes. The Keto ranch dressing just adds to the wonderful dish. Thanks
My girlfriend suggested that I try the recipe for Keto roasted radishes. I was very skeptical because I don’t like radishes at all. What a wonderful surprise! They are amazing and very easy to prepare. I topped them off with the Keto ranch dressing and was very happy with my radish dish. Honestly they are way better than potatoes. Thanks.
Made these. Delicious!! My son and husband couldn’t get enough!! Only using 1 bag, I quartered the radishes. I also mixed ranch, sour cream, and a splash of heavy cream for the top. Next time, (because there will be a next time), I’ll use 2 bags and add Rotisserie Chicken when I bake to melt the cheese for a keto friendly meal!
