Easiest Garlic Bread Recipe for Keto
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salted butter softened
- 2 cloves garlic minced (OR 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh minced parsley optional
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese divided
- 3 low carb hot dog buns split in half
Instructions
- Create garlic butter from butter, garlic, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese and parsley (optional). Spread butter on hot dog buns. Sprinkle with remaining grated parmesan.
- Heat oven to 400 F
- 7-10 mins until desired brownness
