Tips and Tricks for Making Roasted Broccoli and Carrots

Biascut your carrots: To add a touch of elegance and enhance the visual appeal of your dish, cut your carrots on a diagonal bias. This technique is not only visually appealing, but it also helps the carrots cook evenly!

Ensure an even coating: Make sure every piece of broccoli and carrot is coated with the flavorful sauce by tossing them in a large bowl. This way, each bite will be bursting with deliciousness!

You’re in control of the crispiness: Everyone has their preference when it comes to the crispiness of roasted veggies. If you prefer a softer texture, reduce the roasting time slightly. For an extra crunch, extend the roasting time until you achieve your desired level of crispiness. No matter what you do, watch your oven carefully so you know exactly when it’s the right time to remove your veggies. 🥦🥕
