How to Make Keto Turkey Meatloaf {Quick Overview}

Preheat oven to temperature on recipe card (at the end of the post) and add all ingredients to a large bowl. (Photo 1)

Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Transfer the meatloaf mixture onto the sheet and shape it into an 8” x 4” loaf of even thickness. (Photo 3)

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush on the topping. (Photo 5)
Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until a meat thermometer shows that the internal temperature has reached at least 165 F. If needed, continue baking in 5-minute increments until the desired temperature is reached.

Ingredients
Meatloaf
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs 93% lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup yellow onion finely chopped
- 1 large celery stalk finely chopped (feel free to omit if you don’t care for celery)
- 1 large egg whisked
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
- 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp Swerve Brown
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Do not overmix.
- Onto a rimmed baking pan lined with parchment paper or foil, add meatloaf mixture and form into an 8” x 4” loaf shape of even thickness.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove meatloaf from oven, brush on topping, return to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until meat thermometer shows that the internal temperature has reached at least 165 F. If it hasn’t, return to the oven for 5-minute increments.
- Optionally broil meatloaf for 1 minute for a crispier outside.
