Combine alfredo sauce ingredients.
The result is this thick, creamy alfredo sauce that you’ll want to sit down and drink! (Seriously, it’s that good.)
Once you have your alfredo sauce, add cooked broccoli, cooked and cubed chicken breast, and cooked and thoroughly rinsed fettuccine shirataki noodles to a pan and cook until warmed.
TIP: Rinse, rinse, rinse those shirataki noodles! They’re a bit stinky when you initially remove them from the package, so you need to rinse until they have little to no odor.
TIP: If you can’t find shirataki noodles, you can replace them with spiralized zucchini.
Serve and enjoy! (And enjoy you will!)

The Keto chicken alfredo turned out great. I did not know anything about shirataki noodles but found them at my local grocery store. I rinsed them a lot as you suggested. This recipe is simple to put together and the chicken alfredo was very tasty and filling. Even my non-keto girlfriend liked this dish as well as the Keto garlic bread that I made to go along with the alfredo.
I tried this recipe and loved it! My husband (who is not on a Keto diet) even liked it. The leftovers also rewarmed in the microwave well by using 1/2 power. This recipe is a keeper.
Thank you, Sherrie! I’m so glad you and your husband enjoyed it. 😊
This recipe is amazing. We have this at least 3 times a month. It is great to prepare ahead and reheat.
Thank you so much, Pamela!
