In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Do not overmix.
Onto a rimmed baking pan lined with parchment paper or foil, add meatloaf mixture and form into an 8” x 4” loaf shape of even thickness.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove meatloaf from oven, brush on topping, return to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until meat thermometer shows that the internal temperature has reached at least 165 F. If it hasn’t, return to the oven for 5-minute increments.
Optionally broil meatloaf for 1 minute for a crispier outside.
