In this week’s Friday Finds, I’m rounding up one beauty product and two delicious, keto-friendly foods.

TGIF! I hope you’ve had a wonderful week.

What are Friday Finds?

In this post series, I round up a few cool product finds in the categories of food, health, and beauty. Some are products I’ve personally used (and I’ll let you know when I have!), some are products I haven’t used but am planning to purchase, and some are just fun shares.

Consider my Friday Finds posts to be fun healthy living stuff curated for you by me.

Sound good? Let’s get started with this week’s finds!

Friday Find #1: Aria Starr Dead Sea Mud Mask

Have you found yourself wanting to try one of those mud masks (because everyone needs a little pampering!) but are overwhelmed by the zillion to choose from? I took the plunge on the Aria Starr brand recently and am loving it! It smells incredible, leaves my skin silky smooth, and using it makes me feel like I’m at the spa.

Friday Find #2: Vanilla Bean Grass-Fed Ghee by 4th & Heart

I’m a big fan of ghee (I don’t react well to cow dairy, so I love that ghee is lactose-free). I love the flavor, and it’s completely free of carbs! 4th & Heart have managed to make ghee AMAZING by creating bold ghee flavors like this one infused with Madagascar Vanilla Beans. They also offer California Garlic, Himalayan Pink Salt, and Salted White Truffle.

Friday Find #3: Sari Foods Nutritional Yeast

Have you tried nutritional yeast yet? It’s a superfood (loaded with B Vitamins!) with a delicious cheesy flavor. It’s low in carbs, too… just under 2g net carbs per two tablespoons.

Nutritional yeast scrambled eggs recipe: Whisk two eggs with two tablespoons nutritional yeast and cook the mixture over medium heat (scrambled eggs style) in one tablespoon ghee or coconut oil. Top with sea salt. Heaven on a plate. 🙂

That’s it for this week. If you try anything on this list, please leave me a comment and let me know how you like it!
