This low carb quiche is so good, you won’t miss the crust! You just can’t go wrong with a quiche featuring a whopping eight slices of bacon (two per serving) and gobs of cheddar cheese, right?!

- Non-stick cooking spray
- Bacon
- Yellow onion
- Large eggs
- Heavy whipping cream
- Almond flour
- Dried parsley
- Dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Shredded cheddar cheese, or any shredded cheese of choice
How to Make a Ketogenic Quiche {Quick Overview}
This is just a quick overview of some of the steps involved in making the keto crustless quiche. For the recipe in detail, including exact measurements used at each step, scroll to the recipe card at the end of the post.
Preheat oven, then cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat. When the bacon is done cooking, remove it from the skillet and allow it to cool before crumbling it and setting it aside.
In 3 tbsp bacon grease (save the remainder for later use), sauté the onion until tender. As with the bacon, remove from heat and set it aside.
In a bowl, combine eggs, heavy whipping cream, almond flour, parsley, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste.
Add remaining ingredients and combine again.
TIP: You don’t have to use cheddar cheese; you can use any shredded cheese of choice.
Next, pour quiche mix into a pie pan or baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake.

Keto Quiche with Bacon and Cheddar
Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup yellow onion chopped
- 4 large eggs lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese or any shredded cheese of choice
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat. When the bacon is done cooking, let it cool, then crumble it into a bowl and set aside.
- In 3 tbsp bacon grease (save the remainder for later use), sauté the onion until tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine eggs, heavy whipping cream, almond flour, parsley, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Then add bacon, onion, and cheese and mix again.
- Pour quiche mix into a pie pan or baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, then bake for 35-45 minutes. The quiche should be firm in the middle and lightly browned on the top.
