How to Make Keto Pumpkin Fluff {Quick Overview}
This is just a quick overview of some of the steps involved in making the low carb pumpkin dessert. For the recipe in detail, including exact measurements used at each step, scroll to the recipe card at the end of the post.
First up, let’s whip up Homemade Whipped Topping! Grab a large bowl (or the bowl of your stand mixer) and toss in the heavy whipping cream, Swerve Confectioners, and vanilla extract.
Start mixing on low-medium, then crank it up to high and whip it until you see stiff peaks forming. Set it aside for now.
Next, take another large bowl and add cream cheese along with more Swerve Confectioners. Mix it on low-medium, then turn it up to high until the cream cheese is nice and fluffy.
Now, fold in the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice…
🎃 TIP: Make sure you’ve chilled the pumpkin puree so the final dessert remains fully chilled.
… and mix until everything is light and fluffy again, like this:
Add the Homemade Whipped Topping.
Then fold the two mixtures together. Here’s the result!
Serve immediately as a standalone dessert (with or without Keto Whipped Cream), dip, or spread. Enjoy!
