How long would this last in the fridge?
Could it be made ahead and frozen?
Hi Anne! Because this recipe uses homemade whipped cream, it will start to fall/condense within a day. That said, the fluff itself without the berries will last up to a week in the fridge (as long as none of the dairy products you use in the recipe aren’t set to expire before then). With the berries mixed in, I would recommend eating it within three days.
It can be frozen, but it won’t have the same texture or volume after you take it out of the freezer.
Thanks for the quick response. It tastes delicious.
