Instructions

  • First, prepare Homemade Whipped Topping by adding heavy whipping cream, Swerve Confectioners, and vanilla extract to a large bowl or bowl of a stand mixer.
  • Combine on low-medium, then increase the speed of your mixer to high and mix until stiff peaks form. Set to the side.
  • To another large bowl, add cream cheese and Swerve Confectioners. Combine on low-medium, then increase the speed of your mixer to high and mix until the cream cheese is light and fluffy.
  • Fold the Homemade Whipped Topping into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the berries.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!

    This dessert is delicious! I made it tonight as a birthday dessert. It was a good amount of sweetness without all the sugar. I’m already looking forward to making it again!

    • Hi Anne! Because this recipe uses homemade whipped cream, it will start to fall/condense within a day. That said, the fluff itself without the berries will last up to a week in the fridge (as long as none of the dairy products you use in the recipe aren’t set to expire before then). With the berries mixed in, I would recommend eating it within three days.

      It can be frozen, but it won’t have the same texture or volume after you take it out of the freezer.
