- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Dry roasted unsalted peanuts
How to Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars {Quick Overview}

- Prepare 8″ x 8″ dish.
- Photo 1: To a saucepan over low heat, add chocolate chips, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Mix to combine, and gently stir until ingredients have melted and combined.
- Photo 2: Remove saucepan from heat and stir in Swerve Confectioners, shredded coconut, and chopped peanuts.

Peanut Butter Crunch Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners or other powdered sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup unsweetened crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 1/4 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts roughly chopped
Instructions
- Line an 8” x 8” dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- To a saucepan over low heat, add chocolate chips, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Mix to combine.
- Gently stir at regular intervals until ingredients have melted and thoroughly combined.
- Remove saucepan from heat and stir in Swerve Confectioners, shredded coconut, and chopped peanuts. Mix well to combine.
- Quickly pour chocolate mixture into prepared dish, making sure to spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours before cutting into pieces. Store in fridge until ready to eat.
