Come January 1, 2019, an enormous number of people across the globe will be making a New Year’s resolution to “start a diet.” But you? You’re already eating keto, so you can cross that resolution off your list!

While you can make resolutions in a variety of categories, how would you like to join your fellow keto’ers in a 31-day “Move Your {Keto} Body” Challenge for the month of January? The challenge consists of:

  • Moving your body for at least 10 minutes a day. I wanted to make this an inclusive challenge that is suitable all levels of fitness, so “moving your body” can be anything from walking around your living room to yoga to weight training to running a marathon. You just have to move your body for at least 10 minutes every single day in January.
  • Checking in daily with fellow challenge members. This will happen in a private Facebook group. We’ll check in, share accomplishments, and encourage and uplift each other.
  • Members-only giveaways! Not only will you get the support of a private group, but I’ll be giving away a variety of fun goodies throughout the month. There are more details about the giveaways below, so make sure to take a look!

How to Join the Move Your {Keto} Body Challenge!

There will be two ways to join the challenge — one is by making certain purchases in November, and one is by making certain purchases in December. Here is how to reserve your spot in November:

  1. Between November 1 and November 30, purchase at least $50 in products from Perfect Keto using one of my designated links. (More information on this in the next section.)
  2. After you purchase at least $50 in products from Perfect Keto via a designated link, fill out this form. You will be asked for some basic information about your purchase so I can verify it, as well as some basic contact information. Don’t forget to fill out this form — if you don’t, I won’t be able to add you to the challenge!
  3. Please allow at least 7 business days to receive a confirmation from me. (Your purchase is separate and that will process as normal.)
  4. Sit tight! The Facebook group won’t open until December 28th. (I’m opening it a few days early to give everyone time to join.) On December 28th, you will receive an email with a link to the Facebook group. Join it and get ready for a month of moving your body!

To be eligible, you must purchase through one of my designated links (one of which is below). That means 1) click the designated link, 2) decide on the product(s) you’d like to purchase (minimum $50 pre-coupon), and 3) complete your purchase.

Do I have to make a purchase in both months to join?

Nope! You can join by making a qualifying purchase in November or December.

Do I have to follow the keto diet to be in the challenge?

Preferably, yes. I’m not going to be asking everyone to produce their daily menu 😉 , but I do ask that you are either on keto or trying very hard to be on keto.

Do I have to post in the Facebook group in order to be eligible for the giveaways?

While I would love for everyone to participate in the Facebook group, participation isn’t required for the giveaways. If you’re signed up for the challenge, you’re eligible for the giveaways. (Yay!)
