Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 oz strongly brewed coffee see notes
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioners or more to taste
  • Ice
  • Optional garnishes: keto-friendly whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, cinnamon stick

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and quickly blend until smooth.
  • Pour over a glass filled with ice and garnish with toppings if desired.

Notes

You’ll want your coffee to be strongly brewed since you’re only using 4 oz in this recipe. You can brew with more grounds, make espresso — whatever works for you. However, if you don’t like a lot of caffeine, feel free to use regular brew.
