- Each glass contains only 3g net carbs. Feel free to enjoy this iced coffee daily.

Ingredients Needed to Make Keto Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee

- Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Heavy whipping cream
- 100% pumpkin puree
- Vanilla extract (I suggest using a high-quality vanilla extract, like this Simply Organic Pure Vanilla Extract)
- Pumpkin pie spice (I love this Spice Island Pumpkin Pie Spice)
- Strongly brewed coffee (I personally like to use Starbucks’ Veranda Blonde Roast Coffee)
- Swerve Confectioners or another powdered sugar substitute
- Ice
- Optional but highly recommended: Keto Whipped Cream

Keto Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp 100% pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4 oz strongly brewed coffee see notes
- 2 tbsp Swerve Confectioners or more to taste
- Ice
- Optional garnishes: keto-friendly whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and quickly blend until smooth.
- Pour over a glass filled with ice and garnish with toppings if desired.
