How to Make Keto BBQ Chicken {Quick Overview}

Add chicken breasts, olive oil, salt, and pepper to a Ziploc bag and toss until the chicken is thoroughly coated with the oil, salt, and pepper. (Photo 1)
Prepare grill by cleaning grill grates and turning the temperature up to medium heat.
Add chicken to the grill (Photo 2) and grill for 6-8 minutes on one side before flipping and grilling for another 6-8 minutes. (Photo 3)
TIP: This is my favorite budget-friendly meat thermometer!
Using a meat thermometer, ensure that the thickest part of the chicken has reached at least 165 F. If it hasn’t, continue grilling until the meat reaches a safe temperature. (Photo 4)
Remove chicken from the grill, place on a serving tray, and brush with BBQ sauce.
