How to Make Keto Brownie Cheesecake Fluff {Quick Overview}
This is just a quick overview of some of the steps involved in making the low carb brownie cheesecake fluff. For the recipe in detail, including exact measurements used at each step, scroll to the recipe card at the end of the post.
Prepare brownies by cutting each brownie into nine pieces. (Ideally, your brownies will be chilled – this helps keep the final dessert cold throughout, which I think is the best way to serve this dessert.)
Next, make the cheesecake fluff. If you want step-by-step instructions on how to make the fluff, check out my Cheesecake Fluff post (just skip the part where you add berries).
This is where this dessert comes together! Add the chilled cubed brownies to the cheesecake fluff and lightly fold the brownies into the fluff.
You can keep the brownie chunks whole, or you can smash them up a bit so your brownie cheesecake fluff looks more like this:
This stuff tastes incredible! 😍 Everyone you serve this dessert to will love it, no matter if they follow a keto diet or not.
