Ingredients
Salad Ingredients
- 8 oz bacon cooked and crumbled
- 5 cups broccoli florets cut into small pieces
- 1/2 small red onion diced
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioners or other powdered sugar substitute
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by combining all Dressing Ingredients.
- Add all Salad Ingredients to a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to evenly coat.
