You’ll start by cooking the cauliflower per bag instructions, then drain off water and set aside.

Cauliflower au Gratin
Ingredients
- 12 oz bag frozen cauliflower florets
- 6 oz cream cheese cut into small chunks
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
Instructions
- Place top oven rack in the center position and preheat oven to 400 F.
- Cook frozen cauliflower according to package instructions. Drain off excess water, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, butter, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cauliflower to cream cheese mixture and toss to combine.
- Transfer to an oven-safe casserole dish and top with shredded cheese blend and crumbled bacon. Place in the preheated oven and roast until the cheese is melted and browned on top, about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately topped with fresh chives.
