Join the January Keto Challenge! It will feature menu plans, a private Facebook group, daily check-ins, and an inspiring group atmosphere!

Ready to start 2020 off with a bang? I’ve got you covered with the 30-day January Keto Challenge! (Okay, so it extends a few days into February 😉… I set it up like that because I know not everyone is ready to get started as soon as the clock strikes 12:01 AM on January 1st.)

The Keto January Challenge Consists of:

  • Not one, but two 30-day keto menu plans. You’ll pick the one you want to follow! (More on that soon.)
  • A private Facebook group with:
    • An inspiring group atmosphere (no need to feel like you’re all alone on keto!)
    • Daily check-ins with fellow challenge members
    • All your keto questions answered (I’ll be in the group daily to answer all of your questions!)

How to Join the January Keto Challenge

PLEASE NOTE: Although sign-ups for the challenge are technically closed, if you’d like to join the challenge late, you’re welcome to continue to sign up at any point before the challenge ends (February 4). Just send me an email using this contact form and let me know that you’d like an invite to the Facebook group. To join, you will still need to purchase one of the options below.

To reserve your spot, you just need to do one of the following:

How to Get Your Menu Plan for the Challenge

It’s easy! It’s in the program you’re purchasing to qualify for the challenge. 😊 With your purchase, you’ll receive two 30-day menu plans (you pick the one you’d like to follow!):

  • The standard program, which is a 30-day menu plan that contains a variety of yummy keto foods and keto green smoothies (super nutritious smoothies)
  • The add-on program, which is a 30-day menu plan that replaces all of the keto green smoothies with non-smoothie recipes

Why are there two programs in one? Two reasons:

  • Some readers have been hesitant about the green smoothie aspect and requested a smoothie-free version. The add-on version solves that problem!
  • It will be cold in January for most readers and smoothies may not be super appealing. The add-on version solves that problem!

Do I have to do The 7-Day Keto Green Smoothie Cleanse first?

Nope, but you’re more than welcome to pair it with this 30-day program if you’d like, either before or after the 30 days. You can also do it separately at another time. The cleanse is a shorter, more intense version of the 30-day program, so it’s great for a quick reset.

Do I need to buy a lot of special ingredients for the diet?

Most ingredients will be available at your local grocery store. There are a few ingredients that will likely require online ordering, like Lakanto maple-flavored syrup, and there are a few “specialty” ingredients such as erythritol, MCT oil, and chia seeds.

Note: Some of the specialty ingredients may be tricky to source outside of the U.S. and Canada. If you have any concerns about the availability of ingredients in your location, please email me.

Who shouldn’t do this diet?

This diet is not meant for anyone who has diabetes, does not have a gallbladder, or is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Additionally, if you are being treated for a medical condition and/or you are on any medications, please consult your doctor before embarking on the diet.

How much weight will I lose?

It’s tough to say how much you will lose exactly; that depends on:

  • How much weight you have to lose (people with more weight to lose will likely see a bigger loss)
  • Where you were with keto prior to this (people coming from a carb-heavy diet will likely see a larger drop in the scale due to the loss of water weight)
  • How many optional snacks you consume
  • For women, where you are on your cycle (women’s bodies, unfortunately, are great at retaining water during certain time periods)

How many people does the diet feed?

Breakfasts, lunches, and snacks are designed for one person. The dinners are typically designed to feed four, but sometimes they feed more. You can feed others in your household or freeze the extra servings for after the diet.

How is the program delivered?

You will receive the program in a ZIP file containing two PDFs (one full-size, and another with two pages per sheet for easy printing) for each version of the program, standard and add-on. You can view it on your phone, tablet, or computer, as well as print off a hard copy if you’d like.
