Keto Shamrock Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 tsp mint extract
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1 tbsp Swerve Confectioners
- 1 scoop Equip Vanilla Protein Powder
- Optional smoothie ingredient: a pinch or two of xanthan gum to thicken
- Optional topping: keto-friendly whipped cream
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 60 minutes for best flavor, or blend with a few ice cubes (not too many or you’ll dilute the flavor).
