TGIF! I hope you’ve had a wonderful week. I can’t believe I’m up to Friday Finds #10 already… it seems like I just started these. If you try (or have tried) any of my finds, I’d love to hear from you in the comments! 🙂

What are Friday Finds?

In this post series, I round up a few cool product finds in the categories of food, health, and beauty. Some are products I’ve personally used (and I’ll let you know when I have!), some are products I haven’t used but am planning to purchase, and some are just fun shares.

Consider my Friday Finds posts to be fun healthy living stuff curated for you by me.

Sound good? Let’s get started with this week’s finds!

Friday Find #1: Fat Snax Cookies

I mention these cookies on my 17 Genius Keto Cookies Recipes You’ll Want to Make ASAP post. They taste great, plus they come individually packaged so you don’t have to worry about your inner Cookie Monster eating the whole batch. 😉 The chocolate chip Fat Snax Cookies have 2g net carbs per cookie and the peanut butter Fat Snax Cookies have only 1g net carbs per cookie. You can buy those two flavors separately, or you can buy the variety pack with chocolate chip, peanut butter, and ginger turmeric.

Friday Find #2: Eve Hansen Hyaluronic Acid Serum

I bought this last week after looking for an inexpensive but highly rated hyaluronic acid serum to use on my face. No matter how clean my diet or how much water I drink, my skin always looks a bit dull. I wanted to try hyaluronic acid because it’s supposed to plump your skin (great for wrinkles and fine lines), smooth out your skin’s appearance, and give you a bit of a glow.

While it’s only been a week, I’m pleased with the results so far! It makes my skin feel and look softer right away, and I find that it’s really moisturizing without making my skin oilier. I do think my skin looks a bit brighter, too. I’m definitely happy enough to continue using it.

Friday Find #3: Cholesterol Clarity: What the HDL is Wrong with My Numbers?

This has been on my to-read list for a while, and one of the members of my Keto Living Facebook Group (join us if you haven’t!) reminded me of it this week. In simple, easy-to-read language, the book explains how to interpret cholesterol numbers and why they’re often misinterpreted. I hear it is definitely a must-read! (Hopefully typing this out will inspire me to do so very soon…)

That’s it for this week. If you try anything on this list, please leave me a comment and let me know how you like it!
