These are my top “must-have” products for the keto diet. You’ll also find these products in the categories below, but this is the place to start if you just want the must-have essentials.
Perfect Keto MCT Oil: MCT oil is a staple of the keto diet and will provide you with valuable fats and instant energy. You can put it in coffee or smoothies, on salads or veggies, or you can consume it straight.
Note: You can choose from oil that is 100% C8 (the most desirable type of MCT) or 70% C8. I prefer to use the 100% oil, but if you need a more budget-friendly option, the 70% is still a great choice.
Swerve Confectioners: If you’re looking for a sugar substitute, you’ll love Swerve Confectioners! It uses (natural) sugar alcohols which have zero effect on blood sugar, meaning you can subtract them from the net carb count. (That gives Swerve zero net carbs.) It also measures just like sugar, so there isn’t any guessing about how much to use. I purchase the 48 oz. bags because they are convenient and a much better price per ounce than the 12 oz. bags.
Anthony’s Almond Flour: Almond flour is in so many keto baked goods thanks to having only 2g net carbs per 1/4 cup. It’s a pantry must-have!
Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil: This is by far the best-tasting “value” coconut oil out there. It’s fresh, flavorful, and comes in a huge 54-ounce container at an affordable price so you can stock up. (Trust me, you’ll use it all!)
Perfect Keto Electrolytes: Keeping your electrolytes (sodium, potassium, and magnesium) on track is a critical part of the keto diet. This electrolyte supplement will give you an extra boost by providing valuable electrolytes. (Adding healthy salt like Himalayan Pink Salt to your food will help too!)
If you’re looking for a keto starter kit, check out Perfect Keto’s Starter Bundle!
NOW Organic Stevia: Of all the brands of stevia I’ve tried, this is my favorite. It’s organic, doesn’t contain any fillers, and very little adds a lot of sweetness. (Also listed in my must-haves section!)
So Nourished Granular Erythritol: If you want a granular sugar replacement, this one is great! Like Swerve, it uses natural sugar alcohols that have zero effect on blood sugar, so it contains zero net carbs. To use it in recipes, use 1 1/3 cup erythritol for every 1 cup sugar.
So Nourished Monk Fruit + Erythritol Blend: This is a recent favorite of mine. It is a blend of monk fruit and erythritol, and it contains zero net carbs. It’s a granular blend that can be used 1:1 for sugar, and it is seriously good stuff!
Keto Baking Products
Anthony’s Almond Flour: Almond flour is in so many keto baked goods thanks to having only 2g net carbs per 1/4 cup. It’s a pantry must-have! (Also listed in my must-have section!)
Terrasoul Coconut Flour: Coconut flour is also frequently used in keto baked goods. It’s a dense flour that will suck up a lot of moisture and can’t be substituted 1:1 with almond flour. So, it’s definitely best to have both almond and coconut flour on hand!
NuNaturals Dutch Process Organic Cocoa Powder: This cocoa powder is amazing! It has an intense chocolate flavor without the natural bitterness found in traditional cocoa powder. It is perfect for using in keto dessert recipes.
Keto Nuts, Nut Butters, and Seed Butters
MacFarms Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts: With only 1g net carbs per 1/4 cup, macadamia nuts are a great keto nut choice. I love these crunchy, sea salt-y macadamias! (Note: This brand is a little crunchier than the Mauna Loa brand you may find at your local grocery store.)
Georgia Grinders Premium Pecan Butter: Naturally sweet pecan butter with a mere 1g net carbs per serving. This stuff is so fresh and creamy and contains only two ingredients: freshly roasted pecans and sea salt. That’s it! For a little taste of heaven, combine some Nutiva Coconut Manna (below) and Georgia Grinders Pecan Butter on a spoon. Incredible!
Nutiva Coconut Manna: Coconut manna makes a really good keto snack when you want something sweet and filling. It’s divine straight off the spoon, or you can mix it with vanilla extract and stevia for an even better flavor.
Soom Tahini: Tahini (ground sesame seeds) is divine, and this brand is so fresh, silky smooth, and full of flavor. Try it drizzled on salads, over meat, in keto fat bombs… or straight off a spoon! This “keto liquid gold” comes in jars of regular, organic, and even single-serving packs!

Keto Oils and Fats
Perfect Keto MCT Oil: MCT oil is a staple of the keto diet and will provide you with valuable fats and instant energy. You can put it in coffee or smoothies, on salads or veggies, or you can take it straight. (Also listed in my must-have section!)
Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder: While MCT oil is great, sometimes you want to take in those nutritious MCTs in a way other than an oil. That’s where MCT oil powder comes in! It’s also easier on the digestive system (some people can be a bit sensitive to MCT oil initially). Perfect Keto’s MCT Oil Powder tastes amazing and comes in vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel, and unflavored. The flavors are perfect for those times when you’re craving something sweet.
Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil: This is by far the best-tasting “value” coconut oil out there. It’s fresh, flavorful, and comes in a huge 54-ounce container at an affordable price so you can stock up. (Trust me, you’ll use it all!) (Also listed in my must-have section!)
4th & Heart Grass-Fed Ghee: Ghee is a lactose-free alternative to butter with a yummy buttery flavor and high smoke point. The 4th & Heart brand is ridiculously good — creamy and spreadable! Even better, it comes in several flavors including Himalayan pink salt, vanilla bean(!), and California garlic. If you’re looking to switch things up and try something that’s buttery but not butter, give ghee a try.
PJ KABOS Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil: If you want to splurge a bit on olive oil, this is the good stuff. It’s 100% fresh and pure, and it’s shipped straight from Greece. Try this drizzled on salad greens for the perfect high-fat, low-carb side dish!
ChocZero Chocolate Syrup: Yep, keto-friendly chocolate syrup! It is ridiculously good and thick, just like chocolate syrup should be. They also sell other keto-friendly flavors like vanilla, caramel, and raspberry.
Death Wish Coffee: My household has been a huge fan of this coffee for a while. It’s super-caffeinated (they bill themselves as “the world’s strongest coffee”), organic, and has a strong flavor without any bitterness. It will definitely get you hoppin’ in the morning!
MilkBoss Handheld Battery Powered Milk Frother: Want to give your coffee an awesome froth? Or maybe easily mix your Perfect Keto MCT Oil Powder into your beverage of choice? This frother is compact and will get the job done! I use it daily.
Perfect Keto Collagen Protein Powder: If you want to boost your protein intake, Perfect Keto’s protein powder is a great way to do it! Each serving contains 10g protein in the form of collagen, which supports hair, nail, joint, skin, and digestion health. Their protein powder tastes amazing and comes in vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel, and unflavored. The flavors are perfect for those times when you’re craving something sweet.
Zevia Energy Drinks: I first tried these a few months ago and was seriously impressed. No carbs, no phosphoric acid, no caramel coloring, sweetened with stevia… pretty much energy drink perfection! They offer four flavors plus a variety pack so you can try them all. (Grapefruit is my favorite, followed by Raspberry Lime.)
Keto Cooking/Baking Supplies
Webake Silicone Fat Bomb / Chocolate Molds: I love this 2-pack of mini fat bomb molds! They’re shaped like mini Reese’s Cups and, thanks to the silicone material, whatever you put in them pops out easily.
Kitzini Silicone Baking Mats: Silicone baking mats are my baking BFF — they make clean-up a breeze when baking!
Accuweight Digital Scale: A digital scale is a must if you want to accurately track your portions. This model is high-quality and well-reviewed.
