Keto Meal Plan #1: Diet Doctor 14-Day Plan
This plan lays out recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 14 days (42 recipes total). Each day adds up to 20g net carbs or less.
Keto Meal Plan #2: Perfect Keto: The Easiest 7-Day Meal Plan Under 1,900 Daily Calories
With this meal plan, the example macros are set for someone eating 1,900 calories a day, 25g or less or net carbs, 96g protein, and about 160g fat. Macros are provided for each recipe so you can adjust the serving size to match your custom macros.
Keto Meal Plan #3: Perfect Keto: The 7-Day Meal Plan for Weight Loss
With this meal plan, the example macros are set for someone eating 1,600 calories a day, 25g or less net carbs, 100g protein, and about 125g fat. As with the plan above, macros are provided for each recipe so you can adjust the serving size to match your custom macros.
Keto Meal Plan #4: Our Paleo Life 28-Day Plan
This comprehensive meal plan outlines 28 days of meals and recipes. Each week includes tips on how to batch cook and prep recipes and foods to make the plan go smoother. They also provide a convenient week-by-week shopping list.
Keto Meal Plan #5: Keto Summit 28-Day Plan
In this meal plan, you get 28 full days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can also download the meal plan if you’d like to follow it from a PDF.
Keto Meal Plan #6: Real Simple 7-Day Plan
This isn’t nearly as comprehensive or helpful as the above meal plans because it lacks nutrition information, (most) recipes, and serving sizes, but it does give you ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for seven full days. If you’re struggling with inspiration, this keto meal plan can help.
