Friday Finds #5: My Weekly Food, Health, and Beauty Finds

What are Friday Finds?

In this post series, I round up a few cool product finds in the categories of food, health, and beauty. Some are products I’ve personally used (and I’ll let you know when I have!), some are products I haven’t used but am planning to purchase, and some are just fun shares.

Friday Find #1: Death Wish Coffee

Despite the scary name 🙂 , this is an AWESOME coffee. It’s super-caffeinated (much more than regular coffee), organic, and has a robust flavor that I just love. Friday Find #2: Wild Planet Wild Pink Salmon


I love this salmon so much that I have it delivered via Amazon Subscribe & Save every two months. It’s wild, sustainably caught, packed with Omega 3s, non-GMO, and of course keto-friendly. It’s not the cheapest salmon on the planet, but I love the flavor and you can’t beat the convenience of having canned salmon for those moments when you really need a quick-and-easy meal.

Friday Find #3: Molly’s Suds All Natural Sport Laundry Wash


If you work out or play sports, you know how odors can get locked in clothes despite your best efforts. This laundry wash is supposed to do a good job of removing the odors without heavy-duty chemicals. (I find that living completely chemical-free is just too tough, but I like to integrate chemical-free products into my life whenever possible.) I just added this to my next Subscribe & Save delivery (clearly I’m a fan) and I’m looking forward to giving it a try!
