Swerve Confectioners or other powdered sugar substitute

coconut oil

unsweetened crunchy peanut butter

unsweetened shredded coconut

dry roasted unsalted peanuts
roughly chopped
Instructions
Line an 8” x 8” dish with parchment paper and set aside.
To a saucepan over low heat, add chocolate chips, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Mix to combine.
Gently stir at regular intervals until ingredients have melted and thoroughly combined.
Remove saucepan from heat and stir in Swerve Confectioners, shredded coconut, and chopped peanuts. Mix well to combine.
Quickly pour chocolate mixture into prepared dish, making sure to spread it evenly.
Refrigerate for at least four hours before cutting into pieces. Store in fridge until ready to eat.
