Ingredients
8ozcream cheesesoftened
1/3cupsour cream
1/4cupmayonnaise
1tspminced garlicabout 1 clove, or more to taste
3/4cupfreshly shredded parmesan cheesefrom a block
1/2cupfreshly shredded mozzarella cheesefrom a block
14ozcan artichoke heartsdrained and roughly chopped
6ozfrozen chopped spinachthawed and drained
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
To a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper, and salt.
Mix until smooth, then add chopped artichoke hearts and chopped spinach. Mix again to thoroughly distribute the artichokes and spinach.
Spread evenly into a baking dish. (I used a 7.5” x 5.5” dish, but anything 8” x 8” or smaller will work.)
Bake for 20 minutes. If desired, stir the heated mixture, add more freshly shredded parmesan cheese on top, and return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
