These cheddar cheese-infused Keto Sausage Balls are the ultimate keto appetizer for holidays and just because. These make a convenient low carb snack too!
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Using a cookie scoop and/or moistened hands, shape dough into balls of 1 1/2 tbsp each, placing them on a cookie sheet. Make sure the dough is very tightly packed.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, rotating the pan once during the baking cycle, until the sausage balls are browned and have reached a safe internal temperature of at least 160 F.
