First, prepare Homemade Whipped Topping by adding heavy whipping cream, Swerve Confectioners, and vanilla extract to a large bowl or bowl of a stand mixer.
Combine on low-medium, then increase the speed of your mixer to high and mix until stiff peaks form. Set to the side.
To another large bowl, add cream cheese and Swerve Confectioners. Combine on low-medium, then increase the speed of your mixer to high and mix until the cream cheese is light and fluffy.
Fold the Homemade Whipped Topping into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the cubed brownies.
Serve and enjoy!

I cut each brownie into nine cubes.
You can keep the brownies fully cubed or break them up a bit while folding them into the fluff.
