To a large bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic, buffalo sauce, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Mix using a hand mixer on low, or stir by hand thoroughly to combine.
Gently fold shredded chicken into the mixture.
Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray and spread dip mixture into the dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the dip is hot throughout.
Top with blue cheese and scallions.
Serve with your favorite keto-friendly dippers like pork rinds, celery, and keto crackers.
