If an option on your air fryer, preheat air fryer to 360 F. (If not, turn air fryer on for 2-3 minutes at 360 F prior to placing the wings into the basket.)
In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Place chicken wings on a clean plate. Pat them dry, then coat them evenly with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly onto the wings and rub in to coat evenly.
Place the wings into the basket of the air fryer, evenly spaced. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you will likely need to work in batches. Cook for 12 minutes.
Use tongs to flip the wings over and cook for an additional 12 minutes.
Increase air fryer temperature to 390 F and air fry wings for additional 6 minutes, flipping them at the 3-minute mark.
Using a meat thermometer, check the internal temperature to ensure a temperature of at least 165 F. The wings are technically “done” at this point, but they will taste best in the 180 F-200 F range. If needed, cook for an additional 2-5 minutes.
Remove wings from air fryer and serve, or add additional wing sauce, then serve.
