These rich and flavorful Keto Meatballs might just have you doing a happy dance in your kitchen! 💃 This meal packs a flavorful punch with only 4g net carbs per serving.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatballs ingredients except garlic and olive oil.
Form meatballs to 1 1/2” in size. Place on a plate and set aside.
Into a large skillet over low heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
Add meatballs, increase heat to medium, and cook them until they are browned and cooked through. (A meat thermometer inserted into the middle should read at least 165 F.) Work in batches if necessary.
Add marinara sauce to skillet. (If your skillet isn't large enough, transfer meatballs to a pot before adding marinara sauce.) Reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve, optionally garnished with additional shredded Parmesan cheese (or grated).
