Flip the pork chops over and oil and rub spices on the other side, then place pork chops on the grill over the flame.
To grill pork chops, sear them for two minutes on each side. Then let them cook until the internal temperature reaches a safe 145 F. (Note: Some people keep them on the hot part of the grill to finish them as I did on these pork chops, or you can place them on a cooler spot on the grill for 5-7 minutes. Either way, ensure your chops reach the safe internal temperature.)
