Rinse, rinse, rinse those shirataki noodles! They have a distinct smell when you initially remove them from the package, so you need to rinse until they have little to no odor.

Can't find shirataki noodles? No problem! You can substitute them with spiralized zucchini, patted dry with a paper towel to remove the extra moisture.
