Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare an 8” x 8” baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, coconut flour, Swerve Granular, baking powder, heavy whipping cream, vanilla, and salt together.
Next, add one egg at a time, mixing in each egg thoroughly.
Add Dutch process cocoa powder and combine thoroughly.
Pour brownie batter into your prepared baking dish and use a spatula to smooth out the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges have started to firm up and a toothpick inserted into the middle pulls up gooey/moist crumbs. (The brownie will continue to cook and firm up after you pull it out of the oven. If you wait until the toothpick comes out clean, they will be overcooked.)
When the brownie has fully cooled, cut into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Dutch process cocoa powder will make these brownies extra chocolatey, but if you don’t have it, you can use regular cocoa powder.
