English cucumbers
thinly sliced

red wine vinegar

Instructions
Add cucumbers, red onion, and fresh dill into a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and (if using) Swerve/sugar substitute.
Pour the dressing over the veggies and give everything a good mix so it’s all coated.
Place the salad into the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy!
