If your air fryer has the option, preheat it to 400 F.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel and coat them evenly with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture onto the chicken thighs and rub it in to coat evenly.
Put the chicken thighs into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 400 F.
Flip the chicken over with tongs and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until the outside is crispy and brown.
Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature, ensuring it's at least 175 F. (Tip: Although the chicken is technically "done" at this point, some people, myself included, prefer to heat it to 185-195 F for the best taste.)
If necessary, further cook the chicken until it reaches the desired temperature.
