Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on a baking sheet. If needed, use two sheets.
Roast for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, tossing the cauliflower halfway through.
Remove from oven, sprinkle on parmesan cheese, and bake for another 3-5 minutes until parmesan is melted and beginning to brown.
