You will make butter-toasted pecans by toasting pecans, butter, and a small amount of stevia (or sugar).

BAKE FOR 18-22 MINUTES. keep a watchful eye on the pecans in the oven to make sure they don't burn!

slowly melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, then add coconut oil and pecans. mix to coat pecans.

after mixing,

carefully place each pecan on a large non-stick baking sheet (I covered mine with a silicone baking mat).


Pop the baking sheet in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Out will come your Chocolate Covered Pecans, ready to eat!
