This Keto Meatball Casserole with Italian meatballs is the easy keto dinner recipe you've been looking for! It takes only five ingredients and is ready in under 45 minutes.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese, and almond flour in a large bowl. Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place balls in a large nonstick skillet. Cook for 8 minutes, until meatballs are browned on all sides.
Transfer meatballs to an 8- x 8-inch baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese.
Bake, covered with foil, at 400° for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

If the sauce you use doesn't include parmesan and romano cheese, I recommend stirring in 1/4 cup parmesan and romano cheese to your sauce before adding it to to the recipe. This will add 26 calories, 1.5g fat, 2g protein, and 0g carbs to each serving.
