Keto Shamrock Shake

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

mint extract

MCT oil

Swerve Confectioners

Equip Vanilla Protein Powder
Optional smoothie ingredient: a pinch or two of xanthan gum to thicken
Optional topping: keto-friendly whipped cream
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Chill in the fridge for at least 60 minutes for best flavor, or blend with a few ice cubes (not too many or you’ll dilute the flavor).
Notes
To make the shake without Equip Vanilla Protein Powder, blend the following ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 tsp mint extract
1 tbsp MCT oil
2 1/2 tbsp Swerve Confectioners
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
