This green keto avocado smoothie, aka Avocado Milk, is made from a few simple ingredients and is absolutely delicious! Even kids will enjoy this yummy-but-healthy treat.

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
If you have access to them, I recommend using frozen avocado chunks in this smoothie (you can find them in the freezer section of a lot of grocery stores and big box stores now, or you can make your own). They'll make your smoothie cold and even thicker than fresh avocado. That said, if your blender is a bit iffy, use fresh avocado to avoid any blending issues.
This smoothie can be made up to 12 hours ahead of time and chilled in the fridge.
This simple base recipe can be modified to your preferences with spices and extracts. A few ideas:
