Optional garnish: Keto-friendly whipped cream and/or more pumpkin pie spice
Place all ingredients in a blender and quickly blend until smooth.
Pour into a microwave-safe mug and microwave to your desired temperature. (I usually microwave mine for about 45 seconds.)
Optionally top with keto-friendly whipped cream and/or pumpkin pie spice.
My favorite pumpkin pie spice is by Spice Island. I also tend to use blonde coffee (Starbucks Veranda blend) and 3 tbsp Swerve in this. I like my Pumpkin Spice Latte mild on coffee flavor and sweet!
You'll want your coffee to be strongly brewed since you're only using 4 oz in this recipe. You can brew with more grounds, make espresso — whatever works for you. However, if you don't like a lot of caffeine, feel free to use regular brew.
