Ingredients

almond flour

Swerve Confectioners
plus more for topping

cocoa powder
preferably Dutch processed

baking powder

tsp
melted butter

tbsp
unsweetened almond milk or water

tsp
vanilla extract

Lily's keto chocolate chips

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix all dry ingredients except chocolate chips.
In a small microwave-safe mug or bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to wet, then mix in 1 tsp keto chocolate chips.
Microwave for 45-60 seconds, until mixture has firmed. Do not overbake.
Remove from microwave. Be careful - the butter will be sizzling on top.
Let cool for 2 minutes before sprinkling the top with additional Swerve Confectioners and remaining 1 tsp keto chocolate chips.
Serve and enjoy your Keto Mug Brownie immediately (if left too long, the brownie will harden).
